Dear Customers,

STRIMA has been with you for almost 30 years. There has not been a workday in our history when we refused to serve our customers. Neither long weekends or days between holidays nor even stock-taking caused a lack of our reaction to your sewing problems.

Now, we will also try not to give in and be at your disposal, according to our professional responsibility.

We have introduced a number of solutions which are enabling timely fulfillment of your orders and service repairs, also we have launched a two-shifts warehouse work system. We are doing everything we can to keep the delivery schedule. But in the current situation, not by our fault, there might be small delays in deliveries. Travel limitations can also result in a little longer response of our service. We ask for your understanding.

We work, as usual, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Until the epidemic situation improves, we cancelled our Saturday shifts.

Personal meetings are still possible and welcome, but we kindly ask you to follow our 3 requests:

1. Please try to focus your interest in our offer on our website or on the telephone contact +48 61 8 950 950 and visit us only if necessary.

2. If you are uncertain about your health, please wait for your negative test result.

3. When visiting us, follow the safety rules and choose cashless payment methods.
